2005-06-07 - 2:00 a.m. - Introduction
Now everyone can finally keep up with my detailed thoughts on every book I finish. Just like you've always wanted. Also, now I can maybe have something useful to put in the "favorite books" field at Friendster. In theory, I will eventually have a page up at http://www.ummagurau.com that will include the archives of this diary plus books I read before this diary started.
For the most part, these will probably end up being brief first impression thoughts right after I finish reading the books. I guess I might go back and update entries if I thought of something about the book later. But really, let's be honest - the main reason I'm doing this is that it's two in the morning, I don't feel like going to bed yet, and I might as well type some stuff. I expect that similar situations will motivate most future entries. Well, that and finishing books.
